Position Title: Mortgage Trailing Docs
Mortgage Trailing Documents Specialist is responsible for managing and processing the documentation that follows a mortgage loan after it has been originated and closed. This role involves ensuring that all required paperwork is accurately completed, signed, and filed in compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. The Mortgage Trailing Documents Specialist typically works closely with loan officers, underwriters, title companies, and borrowers to obtain any missing or updated documentation needed to complete the loan file.
